AwhiWorld and Far North REAP partnered on an initiative to build creative technology capacity in the arts via an Introduction to Creative Technology Training Workshop.
Part of the Awhi Incubator project, the Introduction to Creative Technology workshop targeted artists and creatives who want to work creatively with technology in their practice. The workshop covered:

Creative Tech Coaching Available
Participants brough their project ideas to the tutors for advice, feedback and coaching.
The event provided an opportunity to introduce the Awhi Incubator programme, which opened to applicants the following week.
Past workshops of a similar kind have inspired participants to integrate technology into their existing creative practice, try out new tools and methods, and move into entirely different disciplines.
